One of the risks of flu vaccines is an auto immune disease. I already have one inherited auto immune disease, so the vaccine places me at further risk.

Yet this has never been mentioned by anyone who recommends that I get a flu vaccine.

When I feel the slightest sore throat or possible flu ache I do mass quantites of vitamin C with echinacea. Rarely do I come down with the flu and when I do it's a mild case.
