unionman4u, If you owned CAVR before Friday then you now own CAVR and the restricted stock of CVE (symbol not assigned until spin off is approved and the stock is picked up by MM's and a stock exchange). Once the spin off is approved and the stock receives a symbol and begins trading you can then trade CVE (whatever the stock symbol will be) and or CAVR. As has already been reported you can buy or sell CAVR today and it will not effect your spin off stock. If you cannot understand this then you do not need to be in the market.
