This is a SEC document submitted to the court on Aug. 12th in support of remedies against USSE, John H. Rivera, and Alice Price Rivera. It is testimony of former employees stating the "tactics" and "extremes" that Rivera went to fleece investors and manipulate those who were a threat to not cooperate in HIS SCHEME.
