I think you misinterpreted what Zecco said or are reading into it something which you would very much like to be true. They said XZ stands for "Corporate Action Pending." Zecco did not say that corporate action was the reason GDHI is on the DTC Non-eligible" list.

BTW, if a pending corporate action is THE reason GDHI is on the list, so what? Other corporations that have pending actions are not on the list. Also, as the Lebrecht Group points out, gaining/regaining DTC eligibility is no longer a given.
