IMO, it's just like last year and the few years before that.. Over the past few years Brian has either 'forgot' to pay the annual fees or didn't have the couple hundred bucks to keep current. Last year what's his dufus paid Pinnacle fees 2 months late in Florida because he they couldn't proceed with the lawsuit until he was current.

Tell me, does this sound like a good solid business practice? Or just some dude trying to short cut the system?
