I am becoming good at predicting this stock. Even though i strongly disagree with pump and dump tactics, you almost have no choice but to play that game with NEOM for now... at the very least use that game to accumulate more shares..

Just don't get caught without a chair when the music stops and it really does take off...

My rationale.... YA needs to make their $$ and at this volume they arent making much... they will find some way to incite a buying frenzy which will spike the price and they will gladly comply with offloading shares and diluting.. so if you cant beat them....join
