CONTINUING LONG SHARE COUNT

So I took the opportunity to look up the exact insider share holdings for MMTC, and added that to the shares held by longs on this board and here is the number:

Insider holdings = 101,670,622

Tentative long share count = 68,082,723

Tentative long share count + Insider Holdings = 169,753,345

Number of long term investors included in count = 87

Note: There are still longs that are unaccounted for on this board in the figure. Additionally, you have to remember that there are longs outside of IHub that never even look at Ihub that are holding shares.

With the number of long shares that have been accounted for as of now and insider shares, 64.92% of the OS is locked up! If you take into account unreported longs on the board and off the board, I would imagine that north of 70% of the shares are locked up. MMTC can easily move from this level to at or above .10 in a heartbeat.

I encourage all the longs who intend to hold MMTC for 1 month+ to post your shares so I can add to the count. If you have or intend to to accumulate more shares and have already reported your share ownership to me, please update me with your recent acquisitions so that I can adjust the count. Thanks.
