Their parliment just voted to remove the three zeros from their currency. This will make Iraq have a currency that would work with the world trade organizations. I think your friend will be very happy. American has warehouses of it....China warehouses of it. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc...warehouses of it. Debts will be paid this way. In all they say 187 currencies around the globe will revalue beginning with the dinar. Good for your friend.
