And yes, CM could potentially be a viable property with very real billion dollar profits. Problem is, without financing, they can't take step two, or any step. Which is what will really send us higher - news of confirmation of the financing.

This run leads me to believe SUGO has something in the works - and we should be hearing about it soon imo. And at the price it was at, given CM's history, it was bound to also have a hard bounce that also contributed to the current price.
