One of my previous posts went into detail on land costs. Goes to show how effective my posts remain in others' memories.

my point EXACTLY why we need to develop the front page of SIAF-IHUB to somehow keep a current list of DD. Message boards are LINEAR and worse our memories are short.

Please, let us build a wikipedia-like document this board can update as a group and display prominently and use the short bursts of posts to generate new ideas to UPDATE the summary page!! DUH!

The ONLY thing wrong with designing a public analysis, is that the pumpers (or cool-aid longs) on the CGS board (which is mostly what roams here - eg. CCME) won't be as effective.
