here's a clue

my own personal *knowledge*
that existed long b4 i ever
became aware of expo holdings

as in 9 years b4 ..

this is why while smbs' can be
an excellent vehicle for entertainment
and once in a blue moon insightful info
can be gleaned <if the awareness exists
on the reader's part> from a specific post

knowledge of the process and what an incoming
ceo might specify is SOP .. if one actually has
the experience to relate to or know of that process *directly*

it's why *I've* posted .. (please note the use of the word *I*)
<because while i interact with many longs we are not in lock step
in our thinking 100 percent .. many times not even 50 percent of
the time ~ due to our respective experiences and varied backgrounds>

if i were the incoming ceo .. that would be one aspect of a contract
i'd have in place .. there are other factors i'd have included as well

bottom line .. as always .. discussion is MOOT

besides having been discussed in this venue 1000s of times previously

nothing will change until current mgmt delivers on what they have
promised ..
