Z, if you saw the deal, then you know that shares would be 1/3 of the shares would dividended to Q shareholders. The rest would remain in Q and indirectly Q shareholders would benefit from the success of N.

But if you are looking for screwed shareholders, how about those Coinless shareholders that r/s up to $.50/share and now trades at $.02/share.

Yeah, that has to hurt.
