It will be one of the first things to look for the Q2. I'm not sure why these funds were separated out and listed as they did. If it is what Steve says in that it was a way to allocate funds on the balance sheet such that it allowed for a faster audit completion than I think it's definitely a good move. Audit completion will increase validity in this company and should increase pps in turn lowering the amount of dilution. Maybe this was done with that in mind and we are harping on it as a bad thing for no reason.

At the end of the day it is still personal opinion on what these funds will be used for until we see Q2 or other financial statements.
