Firedog, none of this means a thing until the spin off catually occurs, an MM picks up CVE, a stock exchange accept them and gives them a ticker symbol and the stock actually starts trading. When/if this ever happens then CAVR will drop by whatever value is given to CVE just like a normal stock drops when they issue a dividend.
