James Fallacaro is a Co-Founder and has been Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Music International Inc. since April 2007. Mr. Fallacaro has been Acting Chief Financial Officer of Global Music International Inc. since January 25, 2008. Mr. Fallacaro has been involved as a business and creative advisor of Global Music International Inc. since its inception in 2004. Mr. Fallacaro co-founded Independent Music Network (IMN) where he served ... as the Chief Executive Officer and President. In 1997, he created (IMN) as a music video content provider and launched IMNTV.COM. In April 2000, he simultaneously launched IMNTV on five of the largest cable markets in the U.S. In November 2003, IMN entered into the first cellular contract to broadcast music video content with MobiTV and Sprint. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Falcon Entertainment Corp. since its formation in 1986. Mr. Fallacaro founded and served as President of CJS Holdings, Inc. since 1991. From 1986 to 1987, Mr. Fallacaro served as President, and from 1985 to 1986 as a Vice President, of Real Estate Financial Investment Corp., which was in the business of acquiring, syndicating and operating real property. From 1983 to 1985, Mr. Fallacaro served as Vice President and co-founder of American Diversified Resources Group. From 1979 to 1983, Mr. Fallacaro served as President of Valkyerie Technology Group. He served as Chairman of the Board of Independent Music Network (IMN). He served as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Falcon Entertainment Corp. since its formation in 1986.
