If CWRN was to just reorganize, then "proportion" is an easy thing - we'd have the same share of ownership as now ( e.g. A split or r/s results in the same proportional ownership, just a different share quantity and price). The big concern here is the other entities involved and their potential ( AND UNKNOWN) proportional ownership in the new company. If I own 5 % of CWRN, but CWRN only "owns" 50%" of the new company, then it stands to reason that my share of the new company will be reduced to less than 5%. So, worst case there, my new ownership percentage drops to 2.5 ( dilution). HOPEFULLY, the synergistic results of the various entities working together make the whole greater than the sum of it's parts! In that case my speculation starts to become an investment. Of course, I won't be able to judge that until I see all the details, plans, financials, etc. From the new companies second or third quarterly report! Until then, this is just play money that I'm hoping and praying becomes much more than that! GLTA!! GO CWRN!!!
