Scottrade won't let you place an internet order for a price that much higher than the ask price. You can do it through your broker. I called the customer service center and put a sell order in for 500k shares at .05 so it this thing spikes like it did before I am hoping to catch it with a small portion of my shares, the rest of the shares I am long on.
