The Company will not be quoted on the OTCBB in the near future. The Company is currently happy with the OTC Markets QB tier and will investigate the new options recently announced by NASDAQ and FINRA for smaller companies as they become available.
That phrase really peaked my interest, but couldn't find anything further and haven't seen it really discussed here.
You can now probably imagine the conversations my poor wife has to suffer through with me...
