centa and nhsh did not ever merge for a reason.
the PR was just a designed plan and fell through.
NHSH problems have nothing to do with Joe
jeff had a falling out with james so merge never happened.

jeffs debt wraps with QASP were with Dean and had nothing to do with joe.

FYI many other debt wraps were made by other folks, including one by Lisa B who also did a depo.
the depo seemed to be in jeffs favor.

and the deal?

jeff is hardheaded is the word i have received.

there is a great deal, that was on the table.

the deal is again there once more.
and the proposed deal is still a great deal for all parties.

joe would be happy with the deal
james would be happy with the deal

jeff wants to destroy the deal.
jeff wants to destroy james.

will that happen?
yes if jeff thinks it is his best interest.

jeffs torpedo into james will need a lot of spinning.
but consider this, jeff does have a tordedo, and seems now he is about to use the torpedo.

the proposed deal would stop all the torpedos and fighting.
even the lawsuits
and folks could be free to leave never never land.
