This is a long-term disaster, just waiting for another reverse split and another 99.999% loss.
Issue shares, sell shares until people stop buying, reverse split, dilute, sell, repeat until no one will buy any more shares. That's what I think the company's philosophy is.

Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
