We have to stop playing with all penny companies that don't abide the rules.
I am sending in a complaint form on EMXC. That phone number you gave me has an answering machine but the woman on there does not call back. Emax stopped answering emails, too. Game on. Here is the link for the SEC.

This is their complaint form....do it online. If enough people begin to file complaints then the sec will do something about it. This isn't congress or the senate. Maybe these people at the sec will do their job strictly for their pay. Maybe they are the good guys this time. Let's give them a chance.

I would send this to the members of the emxc board but I am afraid I'll have another post deleted. I have recorded a list of many people posting constantly of their websites and chat room and message boards and they do not have their posts deleted. Of course, they have more people marks then I do.

From here we take no more nonsense. Give us what you promised in the pr's. And, I am talking about all penny stocks. We do not bow down to anyone and simply kick to dirt and walk away.
