i would venture to say that the VAST MAJORITY of FTD within the OTC/Pink worlds are the result of naked shorts.

pinks/otc's have been
globally abused by
hedge funds/offshore
entities, you name it.

OTC FTD's are mostly
naked shorts.

IMHO
