Very Cool! But doesn't surprise me at all and ProElite is the only "Real" Player in the group!
Bellator has a good product but very niche only catering to and attracting a certain market segment at this point and Spike will have to complete with Bellator 's current Deal with MTV2 which I am sure Bellator is going to ask to really make it worth their while and Spike has to question what exactly am I getting ?
The UFC has essentially stripped whatever there was from either Strikeforce and WEC and is in the midst of taking anything left that it feels is of any major value. Ultimately the UFC is not going to give Spike anything that will allow them to compete with anything more then they already have which is primarily it's own footage from the Broadcast Rights from Station Broadcast of it own programs wile partnered with the UFC. Everybody else is small potato's and could not make happen to date so you and Spike have to question what can they do for us ?
ProElite has a history of making it happen, is already garnering great attention and at this point is gaining momentum with it's own show and Production underway as well as is already talking with and negotiating with other potential would be partners!
If your Spike and you don't have the UFC, maybe aren't interested enough to do a deal with Bellator for alot of reasons and have ProElite staring at you across the room as would be Major Competition if don't do deal them! What would you do and what is really your best option? Seems clear to me!
