BOBWINS: OTCBB rule change. Not sure what you are referring to? What rule? In my opinion Market makers are reacting to the threat of GNET/TRAC, etc. and realizing that if they don't show customer orders, they will eventually lose the business to the ECN's. I have placed orders recently that the MM's did not show.
