New info regarding SIAF Mgmt

Found this information regarding SIAF mgmt:
http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?personId=38555571&ticker=SIAF:US

It is some new detailed info regarding the whole mgmt team. Apparently all are malayisan. The previous manager of the dairy appeared chinese though.

I find it a bit troublesome that there are no chinese in the mgmt since the dairy sale. It feels important that there are local businessmen in the top mgtmt.

Furthermore I would like a large stake owner in the board. A place should be handed to a JF representative, as the JF sphere owns almost 35% of the company. This would increase company transparency. Currently only company operative directors are members of the board. This is hardly optimal from a corporate governance standpoint. In Sweden this setup of executives in the board is rare. What's the norm in US/China?

I am thinking about inquiring regarding this and the stock repurchase of 2 000 000 shares in the open market during the conference call. SIAFs rationale for buying back stock in the market is ofcourse because mgmt thinks the stock is undervalued.

Talking of which, does anyone know at what shareprice has paid with their stock when they have issued stock as payment for different transactions? Perhaps this is stated in the form 10, i do not remember.
