Hey Surfguy,hope you are well. I agree that the financials will have zip effect on PPS.. But the other areas of the filing could . For me my keys that im looking for is who is on Board of Directors and who is not. Will leave it at that. According to Phar it is to be on financials. Invitations have been out for some time. I know of 6 traders awaiting same.

Another for me is how phases are going and is there a need to encur debt due to not raising enough, (loans,etc)

Real,sound information on target date for orders in hand to start at least some production,even if sample products.

And all of this could be negative or positive for me but if some good positives come out all i wish for is to keep away from triple digits,get a little more secure on the bottom.. Without question its going to take revenue coming in and or overwhelming news that things are looking way better than anticipated. Thats coming,but its a couple of qtrs into next year i believe.

But partnership is the one thing that could make it get in high gear.
