DB you got my vote....antioch ...who is not guilty, throw the first stone... If Ben or that Spadaro would be found guilty on fraud situations, penalty has to be given. This has nothing to do wether your house is clean or not. Even if 95% of management out there is "guilty", doesn't give them the right to "Flashrob" whatever and how much they want.
If you rob a company as a ceo, and you can do it without notice of shareholders, congratulations ! But i condamn you....
