Kinda sad when the lawsuits against this company are more then the market cap.

And the cold hard fact that the system can't sustain any real numbers of users only proves that DRM infested music is dead.

Like I have said before this company will go nowhere as long as Klepto and Lance are running it. I don't believe for a second these two ever intended for this to work, as far as I'm concerned this has been a con from day one.

But I think the time is running out for Klepto and Lance and once the music vanishes so will the stock price.
