The logic is that the new shares will trade at 30x the PPS of the current(soon to be Class B) shares because of the increased voting power on the Class A shares. We will have to wait and see if the PPS's follow that metric.

Don't argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and beat you with home court advantage.
