BAD, and GOOD news:

Bad news: it looks like that (for some reason) CIRT has developed a credibility problem. Despite the avalanche of good news, this stock is not moving. Anyone cares to speculate why? All my other pet pennies (e.g., MOBL, and now GDVI) started to move. Exception: VFIN, that is also sitting at its 1 year bottom. Also my two very speculative bad things: BTOO, and IVGA have hit 1 year lows, after failing to fill both the 10-K, and the 10-Q, and thrown to pinkies as a result.

Good news: Not what some will think.... Nope, I didn't switch my car insurance to Geico.... But, just in case, I have a large buy order @0.035, which should not allow the PPS to go any lower for a while. In the mean time, some triggering event hopefully will start moving it.

Just for the fun of it: if anyone cares to see the biggest fools around, check out (besides the ones that might decide to sell me CIRT @ 0.035): AMRE, and ERHE. None of them have had any revenue history, yet ARME was brought up to 0.25 about 2 weeks ago, and it came back to about 0.065 rightnow (as I predicted here it would), and ERNE - a oil fools dream is trading at around 0.6 (yeap, 0.6, despite close to 800MM OS!) under the promisse of some rights to a Nigerian oil field).
