Why would we do that? Because some people on a message board have the opinion that some, maybe all, of the current BOD, officers, etc..are doing a bad job or are trying to rip off shareholders?

There is no proof or evidence that backups any of the opinions about the CEO or BOD. (though I have my concerns about the CEO)
and bringing in new people only creates more delays.

They must have something to say or why hold a meeting, right?
And if I was trying to rip off shareholders I sure as heck wouldn't hold a meeting with them. Why bother.
