The Las Vegas Hilton last week defaulted on it's loan payments saying it needs to keep the money to pay for daily operations. They're trying to restructure the debt. The Hilton Company said it's going to drop it's name from the casino hotel. Just showing the LV gambling scene is not that good. MGM said it's best revenues are coming from non gaming sector-rooms, shows etc..
I live in Vegas also. Saw Paul Mccartney concert at the MGM in June and stayed there also, but never gambled one penny there.
