Well, imho, we need to have a real upfront ad campagin, I don't need woods, Hilton, or some other clown talking to me about the product, start running ads that info the folks why they must use the product, people I think are sick of silly crap.
Look at a Jack Daniels, Welches, and Coke's marketing ads, classie straight program, Jack can't keep up with world demand at times, Coke can't ship it fast enough, Class brings the Cash, just my opinion....
