Is anyone certain that the public disclosure of Fed liens impacts factoring? If this shuts off the factoring spiggot (I think it does), this shuts down the company because they do not have the cash to buy the materials upfront for orders.

The Feds may take awhile before shutting the place down if they don't get paid, but no factoring money for supplies means no orders can be filled.
