Well some speculation, but then again I have good communication channels with Matt! Still, cautionary measures are in place and waiting on some PR's.

Matt is (as in his posts) working on other things outside of the ACLY deal. Once completed will PR the material facts.

ACLY is close on their deal and will publicly disclose the outcome..... either way!
