that's because he knows how to read a chart on MMTE. just because WL says the lawsuit is frivolous does not make it so. He's not going to say yeh they are right, i owe them shares or money or whatever. Of course that's his stance and it should be. BUT, that does not mean it is. The judge will decide whats frivolous or not. Not you or WL. The judge. those are the facts.
