I am an individual investor with Feel Golf. First off I would like to congratulate you, and the company, on very good quarterly results! We believe our increase in sales combined with our efforts to control costs have and will continue to improve and reflect in the bottom line.
Now, I'm not a major investor myself, I do have a few thousand invested the company. I have been curious about if the company had any plans to followup on its quarterly results, via press release? We are working on a number of marketing efforts, including press release, this said, I am not able to promise or give you an exact date as to our next press release, however, I can say we look forward to providing investors with information.
Another concern of mine. I have notice there that there is a lot of speculation of the feelgolfstore.com authenticity. I am aware you may not be able to comment on that matter. I do wonder if you can clarify if the site could potentially be legit, or if its just another creating the site to accommodate their own personal gain. This will be a 'legit' site.
On one final note. During the Oct 2010 PR. The company stated it would be purchasing Proline Golf. The company was a great acquisition, I recall a letter of intent was issued on another company. Now, I am not asking for the name of that company, but am curious if there is still something in the works, or if I, and other investors, should consider that null & void at this time. Lee Miller is considering a number of options, however, as you can see from our balance sheet we are not in a cash position to make an acquisition through the traditional method (cash), so we are considering other options.
