It's posible but I don't see it below 9.50. I'm concerned about many people on CNBC saying their just sitting on the side lines till the volatility calms down. Some are flat out saying "I wouldn't buy stocks now." Two weeks ago during the volatility many were saying it was a buying opportunity, their not saying that now but rather playing it safe. So I thnk 10.00 is going to be a bseline here for a while.
