Everyday we wait the worse it will get. Another bill will come up, another party will occur, a change in car. Dilution comes just about every month and when the PPS get's low enough, more dilution than ever comes because to get his bang for his buck more shares need to be sold.

On top of that RR knows when the PPS get's low enough he needs to do an RS, those take time so he needs to dilute a bunch to have enough money to last the few months it takes for the papers to get filed and the RS to happen.

Dilution will speed up when he feels it is time. Take the loss and get out because this will head lower. Look at history, EXPU only cares about selling you shares.
