Oh, well as long as we keep our 1,000 shares we can trade and they give us a 1,000 shares we can't trade (2,000 net) then that'll be okay. But they can always increase the amount authorized they own 51%, anytime. So they learned their lesson then from their 3 for 1 split, and made it a dividend (thanks DavidLee too).
