This "is" the most frivolous? More like it "could be"You have no idea what the courts will think or say. These type of things could get settled quickly or drag on for months but to just repeat what the company says is doing readers a major disservice. My thought is that the laws suit was on purpose from both sides working together. It's a great way to settle in shares while keeping the price down. Now thats what you get when you have ties to criminals.
