Acquisition of 123Chiropractors:

- Integration in a month to a month and a half and "we will be profitable IMMEDIATELY after this"!

- The 123network.com is a B2B portal, targeting local businesses to help with features such as "call tracking" for example

- Adding over 1000 PAYING subs!

- Mobile delivery platform which allows 90 category access (acquiring this as well)

- Adding 400-500 local websites

- The founders of the 123 network will stay on as consultants for one year!

- Once integration is complete and by the end of December, adding 10 new directories under the 123 brand!

- Striving for a consistent look and feel throughout all of TheDirectory.com's brands and services

- Targeting dentists and lawyers, then some new categories like CPA's, Plastic Surgeons, and Dermatologists!

Financial info:

- New revenue and profit guidance for Q4 and 2012 coming out TBA!

- "Shifting into hyper growth" after integration is completed

- #1 in Podiatry now, and will be #1 in Chiropractic after integration

- Debt is now only $1.5 million and will be completely eliminated by the end of 2012 with another $350,000 reduced TODAY!

- "Assets" will exceed "Liabilities" after Q3
