Laties and Gentlemen: Well we had our meeting with Kim. He brought everything update as to what is going on. Things are happening so fast that they are having a hard time keeping up with them. John could not come because he is on the road again in Tenn and then on to Ala. Kim goes to Tucson tomorrow and leaves early Monday moring for Calif and then to Washington and then back to Fla and then home. Kim told me that he has all the paperwork, contracts, NIJ certification, getting rid of the Caveat all on his plate plus talking to interested buyers and suppliers. Honestly there is not enough time for him to do everything all at the same time. He tell me that NIJ had two employees die recently so that slow everything down plus (in my opinion) one of the board members on the NIJ board works for (BSE) and he has alot of power and that is another hinderence, He is making it a living hell for us to get certified.
I asked him about why can't they not put out some news about bork, his response was, the news they could put out really would not effect the stock one way or the way. To tell the truth really is that they are just flat out moving. Things are moving fast and furious and they are having a hard time keeping everything going at one time and that is why new seems to be taking a hit as of now. He did state the manufacturing bldg should be up and running in 3 to 4 weeks. He stated The problem is this, if we did receive the NIJ today we would be swamp. We are just not ready yet, but will be soon and he stated that is really the best answer he can give me.
He stated that things are really moving fast and it is hard to keep up with it, they are doing their best, By being President
Besides all the work at the office and on the road all the time. So please respect the man as I truly believe he is working his tail off. John B is always on the phone talking to someone and on the road himself much of the time. So it is a little difficult getting some things done but it is not for the lack of trying.
I know I have said this before but please be paient, it is all going to work out and I think as of today funding will not be a problem (my opinion) Everything is working towards to get off the OTC BOARD AND ONTO THE BIG BOARD. I realize this news may not be what you wanted to hear, but I tried to be honest and upfront as much as I good.
For me and my friend it was a good day with Kim and we certainly appreciate him taking his time out to come to Vegas and see us. We both have alot of respect for Kim Southworth and the rest of Bork.
