Defense Solutions Holding, Inc. breaks long silence and updates shareholders on progress towards possible oil contracts in Iraq.

Defense Solutions Holding, Inc. (DFSH:PK), broke a nearly two year silence over its activities. Chief Executive Officer, Timothy Ringgold reported significant progress towards possible oil contracts with the Iraq Ministry of Oil.
Pennsylvania-based Defense Solutions has worked in Iraq since 2005 when it was the only supplier of battle tanks to the new Army of Iraq. In 2009, Defense Solutions expanded operations in Iraq to include oil brokering and oil field service work.
According to CEO Ringgold, “two months ago, the Iraq Ministry of Oil notified us of the pending award of a major crude oil contract to Defense Solutions. Since then, we have worked tirelessly to identify major oil refineries and to secure project financing estimated at $1 billion. We are pleased to inform our shareholders that project financing is in place for us to accept any crude oil contract proposed by the Iraq Ministry of Oil.”
Ringgold added, “The last two years have been very difficult for us financially but we have no doubt about our eventual success. Success has not been achieved but all the components are in place. We remain optimistic for the future of our firm and our work in Iraq.”
