I'm starting to believe that in a certain sense. What holds a thread for me now is the [fact?] that investors from India would spend their time traveling to CA. The [fact?] that everything is under review and , signed for the most part, a CEO selected, customers informed, Kuni goes out of his way (yes, out of his way to inform us with these illegible e mail letters). If none of this is true, is he still protected by safe harbor? You're right though. If he disappears on this one, no bid is undeniable. It's almost better if he never mentioned any acquisition. Got to get current on the OTC. To be late every time tells me a lot. Blind faith at this point.
