Thanks for those updates Denfish. As you and most of us know, this is just another delay of the inevitable. I feel fairly certain that Northern Dynasty and Anglo were expecting this.

"The People" have to be able to "have a say", "a vote"...but it really seems sad that the constitution will just over-rule this vote for an "area".
