I wonder if it went up due to Verges recieving preferred convertible B shares during the acquisition? I wonder if those shares have a conversion rate which would take the OS to the 3 billion mark? I dont know maybe I'm off there. Regardless, that explains the reason this dropped to no bid. I'm even more curious to hear what our new management teams plan is going to be especially in regards to these supposed future acquisitions.
