True it won't be RSed at 300M, unless it is a no bid. Then RR would do it. Once it hits a no bid then the RS will come. A while back it was at 75AS then 150AS and so forth, it will grow if need so that RR can dilute more stock. It is necessary for him to keep his stard of living. He doesn't care about shareholder value.

Also average down from .21 to .0006, if you invested 10k it would be worth less than $100. There is now way to average down on a RS stock.
