I am getting worried about the SEC filing date. This is another acquisition that will have to be incorporated by the CPA. Global is a private company so accounting may or may not have been top notch. Could cause more historical investigation of previous accounting by CPA that would delay issuing consolidated financials.

This could be a huge part of future business as Libya is encouraging foreign exploration to increase production. In addition if their existing fields have been neglected, significant workovers could increase demand for Global products.

Long term this is a positive, short term it adds another big ball in the air. Bobwins
