i saw this segment on the local news last night about raising fines for texting and driving in CA.

then i lurked around more on the news website, and saw this article:

The article is dated January 31, 2011, which was before PhoneGuard started getting popular. Anyone knew about these companies before, and what they are up to now? In any case, PhoneGuard better fend off its competitors...
